Energy surrounds us all. It binds us together, and I’m constantly amazed by its ability to power everything from our cars and our homes to our businesses and our cities. From abundant solar and wind energy to fuels sourced from beneath our feet, energy is the lifeblood of any modern society. It carries with it the responsibility of ensuring today’s reliability and the promise of a sustainable future.
Energy powers commerce and innovation, education and healthcare, and so many other functions of our society. It even powers the instant gratification we all feel when flipping on a light switch. But, the challenge we all face is discovering the true potential of energy.
At NRG, we think the true potential of energy has barely been tapped. So, in 2016, we set out to define for ourselves, for our consumers and for the industry, what that potential could be. Then, our talented team got to work bringing it to life.
